PEFIPRESA performs the complete installation of the fire protection systems of the largest last-mile logistics platform in Spain built to date. This platform has all the necessary infrastructure to meet the supply needs of customers and suppliers, with its 66 docks for semi-trailers and 139 positions for vans.
This platform is located in a strategic location on the M40 in the Villaverde district, between the intersection of the A4 and A42 motorway exits, which makes it a benchmark for urban distribution, with capillary distribution which will provide coverage to more than 3 million people in less than 20 minutes, thanks to the good connection with all the Community’s transport networks and the proximity to all the industrial and consumer centres, which will also promote economic and business development.

On the other hand, this logistics center is the first to have a LEED certificate, which accredits it as a sustainable building, reducing the environmental impact and complying with all environmental standards.
